To date, New Hope Foundation has awarded almost $50,000 in scholarships to individuals participating in New Hope Family Focus programs. Most of the students receiving our scholarships are the first ones in their families to attend college of any kind. We believe that education is the key to success, and while the Empowerment Center offers many free and easily attainable classes, college — and even returning to high school — can be out of reach for many. We seek to give second chances to those who realize the value of education later in life, and we encourage the children of our families to seize their educational opportunities early in life.
